We have developed a body of knowledge around the principles of Neoteric Leadership. We develop this body of knowledge by studying management thinkers such as W. Edwards Deming, Peter Senge, Steven Covey and others, and by synthesizing these theories with our own personal thinking and diverse experiences. Our focus is purposely deep. We are convinced that effective leadership comes from principles that apply to all walks of life, not just business. We don't believe in applying one set of principles to work and another to “life”. We also believe that all change starts with the self. While we appreciate the profound effects of systemic structures, we recognize that systems begin with, and are maintained by, personal choices. We are a diverse group, including business executives, scientists, physicians, students, consultants, postal carriers, professors, shop foremen, and more. We are united in our passion for enlightened leadership and our desire for personal growth by learning from each other. |
